Why hello there plastic surgery. Stephanie Pratt shows up here (we are not sure why) at the MTV VMAs looking like her ultra annoying sister in law Heidi Pratt. We love the nude lacy girly dress. The back is fabulous. The shoes are quite overpowering for the light material of the dress...gives it a stripper vibe. Stephanie definitely looks hotter, but so does every other plastic surgery person in Hollywood. Does Spencer ever get her mixed up with Heidi now? That's gross, but we wouldn't put it past this weirdo family.
Best and Worst Dressed at the 2009 MTV VMAs: Lo Bosworth

What the hell is this girl doing here? Lo Bosworth is famous for having friends who do something with their lives and are famous, so therefore she's at the MTV VMAs? Isn't this for music people? Why all the reality stars who are famous for nothing here? Whatever the reason, Lo is looking like she stole her grandma's rug and wrapped it around her for the red carpet. It's gross, it belongs in my living room. That's all the attention we'll give her. BTW, we're mean about Lo because we happened to run into her at a LC fashion show and she was bitchy bitchy.
Best and Worst Dressed at the 2009 MTV VMAs: Kristin Cavalleri

Sure she plays the bitch on all of MTV's you love to hate shows such as Laguna Beach and The Hills. But here at the 2009 VMAs, we're feeling like Kristin Cavalleri's stylist is trying a little to hard to type case her in the 'bitchy' role. With the overly smoked eye makeup, black nail polish and the pushing her to look a little more rocker. She looks good, but a little forced. Stealing boyfriends makes you bitchy. Not the black eye makeup.
Best and Worst Dressed at the 2009 MTV VMAs: Whitney Port

I'm telling you, I actually love Whitney Port's dress at the 2009 MTV VMAs. I love the bustier black top, the sheer overlay with the bold black trim, it's rocker, it's sexy, it's got some sophistication...it's a success. My only question is, is it too much dress for The City's star Whitney Port? She's such a nice quiet seemingly conservative girl to be wearing something so trendy. I can't decide...I'm torn.
