I just think this girl is so friggin adorable I can hardly stand it. Taylor Swift (who seems truly excited and grateful to be living out her dreams) shows off her body in this short white strapless romantic pinch pleated dress with side swept hair and she looks gorgeous! Taylor has had an amazing last year and it looks like she's kick starting 2010 on my Best dressed list and if she stays with the same stylist, she won't be going anywhere!
How to Dress like Taylor Momsen

Ok, so I've never watched Gossip Girl (I know, so sue me), so I don't know many of the main characters on the show. So when someone told me they wanted advice on how to dress like Taylor Momsen, I was like, "Who in the world is that? Am I really that removed from the teen celebrity world??" Well, if you aren't familiar like I am, you are going to do a major double take once I tell you who this girl is! Are you guys ready for it? It's Cindy Lou Who from How the Grinch Stole Christmas (with Jim Carrey)! OMG, girl is all grown up! Oh yea, this 16 year old girl is finding her own style in the Hollywood crowd and people love it! Taylor Momsen's style is rebellious, rocker, young and experimental. Her look is quit simple actually. As I search through Taylor's pictures, I see a pattern. She usually wears girly baby doll dresses and throws on a leather jacket and/or black studded booties with the dress to give it more edge. So, without further adieu, let's start replicating Cindy Lou Who's teenager look!
Rocker Look
A classic outfit that Taylor Momsen would rock. She's wearing a bubble hem dress with girly flower embroidery and then pairs it with a cropped leather jacket, accessorizes with a leather bracelet and leather clutch with eyelets. A rocked out girly look. Something unexpected and totally works. Mixing something feminine with something strong and edgy. And you can't see it in this picture, but she is also wearing black booties which is another edgy choice of footwear. So you see, Taylor's main piece here is really girly and conservative, but she added her own twist in the accessories and that's what makes her look stand out. When searching for a dress, find any dress with a bubble hem with floral detail and then just turn on your inner rock star and accessorize accordingly.
Chiffon Look
I love love love this dress on Taylor. It's girly and sweet as far as the way it's cut, but it's totally gothic in the color and the way she accessorized this dress with layers of chain necklaces. I had a hard time finding the blue and black chiffon dress, but I found a lot of chiffon dresses that gave that same feel. It is very figure friendly and totally adorable to wear on an evening out with friends. I just love how the dress is lightweight and flowy and the accessories anchor the dress and it gives it more depth. Stylish, sassy, AND comfortable? Where do I sign?
Casual Look
This is a look you can pull off whether you're running errands, lounging at home or shopping at the mall. Every girl needs a stylish casual look. Even when Taylor Momsen isn't rocking the red carpet in gowns and girly dresses, she still finds her inner girly with this blazer. Notice her white blazer has subtle girly pleating around the neckline. Then what does she do? Pair it with ripped/shredded/destroyed/torn jeans and platform heels. With all the rips and other details, keeping the tee shirt a simple gray and accessorizing with one rosary necklace on top of one simple silver chain makes this look stylish and doable. So you see, even Taylor's comfortable look has the same formula. Girly+Rocker=Taylor's style.
Rebellious/Grungy/Punk Look
I feel like I'm repeating myself, but here it is again! Even Taylor's grungy rebellious look is using the same formula. She is wearing a flannel dress with stocking, a leather jacket and lace up boots. Flannel, gingham and plaid were huge this past year. Wearing it as a dress is super girly and pairing it with black leather or black stockings is girly meets edgy. I found a lot of gingham/flannel dresses in my quest to replicate this look. I just love how one or two simple pieces can really define a person's style. Fashion isn't hard, you just have to take risks and have fun with it!
Does Meaningful Beauty Really Work? Read My Product Review…

If you're up late nights watching infomercials like me, you've probably seen some of the greatest products you've ever seen in your life! When I came across by Meaningful Beauty Cindy Crawford, I thought, OMG, I MUST HAVE whatever Cindy's using to stay so young! May I remind you that I am a 26 year old asian woman who has never really experienced acne or anything else in her life. I usually wash my face with drug store products like Aveeno or anything else that's cheap and never really invested much into skin care. So I thought that since I am getting older, maybe I SHOULD start caring about my skin more to prevent lines and wrinkles and I should start investing my money into my face. Sounds logical right? So, Cindy Crawford comes on the screen and she says she's been seeing this doctor since she was 26 and they do a picture comparison and Cindy's face from when she was 26 til now hasn't aged a day! She looks exactly the same (of course the infomercial has that fuzzy screen affect to it) and I had to have what she was using. Now Cindy Crawford is a celeb and she pays thousands of dollars to go to this French dermatologist to get her skin care products. But now, she has teamed up with this guy to create a product for us common folk. This product is supposedly natural and made from some rare french melon and once they infomercial told me that, I was hooked! I am planning on buying this and an extra set for everyone I know. I love makeup/skincare products that are all natural! They got me, I'm reeled in.
I ordered the product and it went from being like $7000 to like $29.95 of course. It's in infomercial, they always chop their prices down "majorly". It comes in the mail and boy am I excited! Not only have I never really had skin problems, but now I am investing in an anti aging skin care system and I will forever look young.
Week #1: Used the Cleanser, Daily Moisturizer, Eye Cream, Glowing Serum, and Night cream, EVERYDAY.
Results: My skin was glowing, tight and flawless! I loved it!
Week #2: Used the Cleanser, Daily Moisturizer, Eye Cream, Glowing Serum, and Night cream, EVERYDAY.
Results: I broke out in rosacea and had red dry itchy spots all over my eyes and face. The eye cream, Daily Moisturizer was like fire around my eyes and burned and itched for days!
Week #3: Too afraid to use it
Results: My red splotches went away and I called for a full refund.
Of course everyone's skin type is different. I think that with my skin never really having many complications, maybe I'm just not used to an active ingredient that is way too strong and harsh for my skin. As a result, I called for a refund and they were SUPER nice. I feel bad telling you guys this because they were really nice, and gave me a full refund without any hassle. They also let me keep the kit in case I could use at least the cleanser without any problems or to slowly get used to the product (which I won't be doing). For me, the product itself was not good for my skin type. But their customer service was excellent. So the next time you see the infomercial and you're curious if it works for you, pick up the phone and try it. Because when they say risk free with your money back, they really mean it. Or, if you don't want to deal with the hassle of calling in and canceling, you can always find great deals on ebay. Buy a small tube, if it works out, buy more! Otherwise, you have to remember to call Meaningful Beauty's customer service department to refund you and cancel future orders. Because you gotta remember, that's how they get you. They auto sign you up for future orders and auto charge you. If you don't want it, you can always refuse it, but it's just an extra hassle.

How to Dress like Katy Perry
December 31, 2009 by Anna

Dark hair, pale skin, red lips, Katy Perry is always dressed like a pin up girl of the 50s and we love love LOOVVEEE her style! Before Lady Gaga blew up in popularity, it was all about Katy Perry dressing outside the box of the normal celebrity superstar. High waisted booty shorts and jumpsuit shorts are the definition of her signature style. Shopping in a thrift store may be the place to find gold in the treasure hunt to finding pieces of Katy's look. Some of her red carpet looks are so unique and hard to find, I'll be giving you my own interpretation of the look. So enough with the introduction, let's get down to business!
"Hello Katy" Look
This Hello Kitty inspired couture vest created by The Blonds for MAC’s Hello Kitty Auctions (once auctioned on ebay) can now be recreated by you! There's nothing like this vest unless you are crafty and creative, then you can make your own vest with Hello Kitty patches and accessories found very cheap on ebay. Search for any rhinestone patches that you can sew, iron, or pin on and go crazy with it! Otherwise, you can buy a regular corset top with liquid leggings and overload yourself in Hello Kitty accessories. This gives the idea of the same look you're going for without having to do much hand crafty work. I also found corset belts with chains to give you that extra rocker flair. You can use the corset belt or the pink belt for that extra pop of color that you see on Katy's top. Or, if you want, layer both belts! If you're handy, cut up a pink belt and glue straight onto your corset. Whatever the direction you take, it's hard to make a mistake with something this busy, so have fun with your recreation!
Queen of Hearts Look
When I was searching through all of Katy Perry's looks, I noticed themes. This one in particular is a poker/cards/dice theme and it's really great to wear to parties or a fun night out on the town. I couldn't find a green and white dress with cards all over it, but I did find a red black and white dress that can been paired with cards and dice accessories that will surely give off the same vibe. I find with Katy's look, she's kind of quirky in her style but always finds things that flatter her. She's "weird" without being unattractive. Always remember, don't be afraid of color, don't be afraid of pattern and always commit to the look. Otherwise you would just look awkward.
Pretty In Pink Look
Katy always mixes up her bold looks with soft ones like this. Keeps us on our toes. Here she's wearing a silk soft pink short jumpsuit with a black sash, black hose and soft pink and black shoes. Classy, cute, girly and we love! If you're having a hard time find a one piece short jumpsuit, you can always search for a wrap dress or a long button up shirt, belt it with the sash and continue recreating the look. Whatever you find, keep it simple, keep the shoes basic and soft and the look will be successfully recreated.
Pin Up Girl Look
Here they are, the high waisted short shorts paired with a halter top with pops of color in the accessories. Katy found this outfit in a vintage store and rocked it on the red carpet. She proves that you don't need to wear designer to be best dressed! Notice her shorts and top are a blend of soft pinks/peaches/beige and then she pops it with hot pink metallic pumps, a sparkly american flag clutch and a feather brooch. Yummmo! You can recreate this outfit using any color that best flatters your skin tone and hair color. Focus on getting the elements of the accessories down in order to replicate this look.
