Never a woman to be in the tabloids, Alicia Keys has always been class, urban and the definition of what the music industry should be. I love her. She looks gorgeous and very "New York" in this electric blue, pleated mosaic jeweled encrusted pattern short dress. The hair is slick back, clean and she looks flawless!!
