Best and Worst Dressed at the 2009 BET Awards: Beyonce Knowles

Not a usual favorite of mine, I actually kind of like Beyonce Knowles' dress at the 2009 BET Awards. I love the colors to this long sleeved mini dress that looks almost like splatter paint with some sparkle factor. The best part about this whole outfit are the shoes though. The purple t-strap heels almost look like they have beads hanging off of it. The colors coordinate well and the shoes...omg...I need to find a replica for this fast. This is to die for! Ok fine Beyonce, it's a successful look girl! However....WTF is this??

i think d dress is too short nd d hair nd earrings suck…d shoes r fab though… beyonce didnt carry d dress off well
