Best and Worst Dressed at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival: Shannon James

I'm going to be honest with you guys, I'm not too familiar with who Shannon James is. I believe she was a playboy playmate of the month in May 2007. I thought I'd add her to the best dressed list because I really like what she's wearing. The pencil skirt, corset strapless top, and the ruffled detail adds an element of interest to this all in black look. I think it's sexy, classy, and fun. And while Shannon's look is suited for a casual red carpet event, it could even be replicated for work, going out and everyday wear.
