Bless this girl's heart, she hasn't gotten it right all year! Miley Cyrus is wearing a beige dress with what appears to be panty hose and beige shoes. She is rockin' a 75 year old look and we're hoping she fires her stylist soon. Because honey, it's bad. She looks like she belongs in a nursing home.

    Looking at this outfit I just kept on thinking that she is way to young to be wearing something like this…but I do like the dress
