Best and Worst Dressed at the 2009 MTV VMAs: Lady Gaga

Only Lady Gaga could get away with this long lacy Jean Paul Gaultier gown, chunky black belt, and feather bib with embellishments that extend all the way up to her ears. Oh yea, and the Willy Wonka hat. It's not for everybody. In fact, maybe not for anyone except for Lady Gaga herself, but it's her and we love her. If she showed up in some normal gown, we'd raise an eyebrow.
