The recession has affected everybody. Apparently budget conscious diva Beyonce Knowles has borrowed grandma's drapes to the Oscars. Maybe it was a fashion risk, but this black and gold floral dress was not characteristic of Beyonce's usual fashion choices on the red carpet.
