She wore her skirt with a simple dressy tank top and a black leather belt with gold studs. The tank top and belt are perfect supporting actors to the main star of the outfit, the skirt. Kristin Cavallari on the other hand wore the skirt with a bustier top with straps everywhere with a plastic looking black belt. The skirt is swallowing her small frame, it's too long and the bustier is too busy for the already busy skirt. Do not work.
